Meatballs With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. shredded cheese
sprinkle paprika and parsley
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
Shape into 1/2-inch meatballs.
Brown meatballs and place into casserole dish. Mix next 6 ingredients.
Pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Top with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly brown.
Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
