Sauerkraut And Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 strips bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium can sauerkraut, drained
1 medium can tomatoes
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Remove from pan.
Drain.
Crumble. Saute onion in bacon grease until wilted but not brown.
Add sauerkraut, tomatoes, brown sugar and salt.
Cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
Add bacon.
Serve.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
