Peach Pie Alaska - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot or peach Jell-O
    1 Keebler graham cracker pie crust
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 c. vanilla ice cream
    1 c. diced fresh peaches
    2 1/2 to 3 c. Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir well. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth. Blend in Cool Whip and peaches. Chill if necessary until mix will mound, then spoon into crust. Chill about 3 hours, until firm.
