Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, then add eggs, oil, buttermilk and vanilla; add zucchini last.
    Mix well; place in 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
    Wrap in plastic wrap; let stand overnight before slicing.
