Baked Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    12 oz. grated cheese
    1/2 c. skim milk
    8 oz. picante sauce
    12 tortillas, cut in 4-inch strips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cook meat and onion together.
    Combine soups, milk, picante and 1/2 of cheese.
    Prepare large casserole pan.
    Begin layering the pan with tortillas, then meat mixture, then sauce mix.
    Repeat until you have 2 or 3 layers.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake for 1 hour.
