Autumn Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (retain juice)
1/3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. unpeeled apples, diced
1 c. whipped topping
Preparation

Combine pineapple, its juice and sugar in saucepan.
Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in jello and cream cheese. Cool.
Fold in nuts, celery, apples and whipped topping.
Pour into a 9-inch square dish.
Chill until set.
Yields 12 servings.
