Hot Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen yellow squash or 3 sliced fresh squash
 
1/2 medium green pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) jar processed cheese spread
1/2 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel brand tomatoes
tortilla chips
Preparation
- 
                            Cook squash, pepper and onion until tender; drain and mash. Add cheese and tomatoes.
 
Place in a buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle broken tortilla chips on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
