Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 eggs (lightly beaten)
1-1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can (8oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Confectioners' sugar
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Beat in eggs, oil and vanilla.
Fold in pineapple, bananas and nuts.
Pour into well-greased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0F. for 60 to 65 minutes or until cake test done.
Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
When completely cooled, dust with confectioners' sugar.
