Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red peppers
    12 green peppers
    6 onions
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash and seed peppers.
    Grind with onions.
    Scald with hot water.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Scald again.
    Drain.
    Add sugar, salt and vinegar.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Seal in hot jars.
