Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
few drops of Tabasco sauce
1 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add salt; stir to dissolve.
Add flour.
Heat until mixture is bubbly.
Add milk; cook until near boiling and mixture thickens.
Add cheese and Tabasco.
