Old-Fashioned Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or more egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk (hot)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat
    egg
    yolks
    well.
    Add
    sugar
    and flour to eggs; beat until
    smooth.
    Add
    hot
    milk,
    stirring.\tAdd vanilla. Bake in pie shell about 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When firm, top
    with meringue
    made
    of egg whites, adding 2 tablespoons sugar for each egg white and brown in oven.
