Prune Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (6 oz.) jar Gerber prunes and tapioca
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking soda in 1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. unsifted flour
Preparation
    Add salt and cinnamon to flour, then mix in order given, adding dry ingredients with buttermilk and soda mixture.
    Pour into 2 well-greased and floured pans or 4 small ones.
    Bake in a loaf pan for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0 and 1/2 hour at 325\u00b0, or in small pans for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 and 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
