Olive Crostini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. black olives
1/2 c. green olives
2 medium cloves garlic
1/2 c. fresh Parmesan, grated
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 baguette or pita bread
Preparation

Chop olives coarsely in food processor.
Transfer to medium bowl.
With machine running, drop garlic through feed tube and mince.
Add Parmesan, butter and olive oil.
Process to a paste. Add butter mixture to bowl with olives.
Fold in Monterey Jack and parsley.
Mix well.
