Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    51 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    2 lb. Colby cheese, grated
    1 1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 1/2 c. melted margarine
    2 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    12 lb. frozen shredded potatoes
Preparation
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    Mix together first 6 ingredients.
    Heat for 1 minute.
    Add frozen potatoes.
    Toss together, but do not overmix. Pour into well buttered steam table pan.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 60.
