Diet Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots
    3 stalks celery
    2 c. tomatoes or No. 2 1/2 can
    6 bouillon cubes
    1 small head cabbage
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 medium potatoes
    6 c. water
Preparation
    Cut all vegetables finely.
    Place all ingredients in pan; simmer over low heat until soup thickens.
    Add more water if needed.
