James' Spicy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 pkg. Williams chili mix
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 bell pepper, diced fine
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped fine
    2 cans stewed tomatoes, chopped fine
    2 cans Snappy Tom
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. corn meal
Preparation
    Put first five ingredients in a large skillet and cook over medium heat until meat and vegetables are cooked.
    While meat mixture is cooking, put remaining ingredients in a large stew pot over low heat.
    When meat mixture is done, add to tomato mixture and simmer over very low heat about 2 hours.
