Lemon Curd - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy pan and cook over lowest heat until mixture thickens enough to coat a spoon.
Do not let it boil.
Add lemon peel.
Refrigerate until ready to use as tart or jelly roll filling.
Yield:
1 cup.
