Zucchini Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

46 oz. pineapple juice, sweetened or unsweetened
6 qt. zucchini, peeled and seeds removed, cut into pineapple chunk size pieces
1 tsp. pineapple oil
3 c. sugar
1 c. lemon juice
2 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and boil for 20 minutes.
Pack in jars and seal.
Hot water bath for 5 minutes.
Makes 12 to 14 pints.
