Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn bread muffin mix
    4 eggs
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) box cottage cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    8 oz. chopped broccoli, cooked and strained
Preparation
    Mix eggs, cottage cheese and margarine.
    Add onions and broccoli.
    Add corn bread muffin mix and salt.
    Melt butter in 9 x 9-inch glass pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    May be frozen for later use.
    Thaw, then warm.
