Mile High Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. desired flavor
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Beat until stiff.
    Add 3 tablespoons granulated sugar slowly. Beat until stiff enough to form peaks.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
