Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pinto beans with juice
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 deep dish pie crusts
    1 c. coconut
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks oleo, melted
Preparation
    Mash beans until smooth.
    In separate bowl, beat eggs and all other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pie crusts and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 2 pies.
    Can be frozen.
    Delicious.
