My Favorite Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 potatoes (skins on)
1 onion, chopped fine
1/8 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Velveeta cheese slices
3 to 4 strips bacon, crumbled
Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender.
Grease oblong baking dish.
Slice potatoes and layer in dish with onion, salt and pepper.
Dot with margarine.
Repeat until all potatoes are used up.
Pour milk over.
Cover with cheese and bacon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
