Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked brown rice
    4 c. boiling water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 small cans mushrooms
    4 bouillon cubes in 1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground bay leaves
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 lb. lean ground beef, browned
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Soak brown rice for 2 hours.
    In large casserole mix all ingredients (except almonds).
    Lightly sprinkle almonds on top. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, covered at 350\u00b0.
