Barbecue Beef Cups - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (10 oz.) canned biscuits
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Stir together eggs, barbecue sauce and ground beef.
Separate biscuits.
Press into bottom and sides of muffin pans.
Spoon beef mixture into each shell.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake 8 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
