Lima Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen lima beans
1 can water chestnuts, cut in small pieces
4 tsp. dill seed or weed
1 small bottle Italian dressing (may be fat-free)
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook beans until tender.
Drain and add water chestnuts and dill weed.
Marinate in dressing for 1 hour or more.
If desired, use chopped celery and green onion to taste.
