Basic Dessert Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all crepe ingredients in medium bowl and beat with rotary beater until combined and smooth.
    Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet.
    Spoon in 2 tablespoons batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread batter.
    Brown on 1 side only.
    (Or cook on an inverted crepe pan.)
    Invert pan over paper toweling; remove crepe.
    Repeat to make 16 to 18 crepes, greasing skillet occasionally.
