Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced
    1 chopped onion
    1 pkg. McCormick brown gravy mix
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 large green bell peppers, cut in thin strips
    1 large tomato, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Brown steak and onion in tablespoon of oil.
    Stir in gravy mix, 1 1/4 cups water and soy sauce.
    Stir until thickened.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add green peppers and tomato wedges. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
