Ingredients

1/2 c. real butter
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg yolk
1 egg white
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
almonds (unsalted)
Preparation

Cream
butter,
margarine, sugar and egg yolk together. Add flour
and cinnamon.
Spread on a thin cookie sheet.
Pat egg white
over
the
cookie dough.
Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut while hot.
