Party Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    3 medium baking potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    Velveeta slices, quartered
    6 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
    Parkay squeeze margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to broil.
    Mix together sour cream and chives. Lightly brush both sides of potatoes with margarine; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Broil 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
