Meatballs In Herbed Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. herb flavored brown gravy mix
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine beef and 2 tablespoons gravy mix.
    Shape into 12 meatballs.
    Brown in hot oil.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Add water and the remaining gravy mix; mix well.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Makes 4 servings of 3 meatballs each.
