Noodle Kugel(A Good Side Dish With Fish Or Chicken.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. noodles
    4 eggs
    1/4 lb. margarine
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. white raisins
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 generous handfuls corn flakes
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 to 3 lb. Polish or Italian sausage, parboiled and sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1/2 c. green egg noodles, cooked
    1/2 c. white egg noodles, cooked
    7 to 8 c. rich beef stock
    1 clove garlic (optional)
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
    3 c. cabbage, shredded
    garnish with 1 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese per serving
Preparation
    In a large soup pot, brown sausage.
    Drain off all fat.
    Add remaining soup ingredients, except cabbage, being careful with salt and pepper because sausage varies in seasonings.
