Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 egg whites
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. pecans
Preparation
    In jelly roll pan, melt butter.
    While melting, beat until stiff the egg whites, brown sugar and vanilla. Dump pecans into egg mixture.
    Spread on buttered pan with two forks into one layer.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
