Rotel Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 lb. ground meat
 
1 Tbsp. onion flakes
1 c. rice
1 can red or kidney beans
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
salt to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Brown the ground meat and onion; drain.
 
Add remaining ingredients and cook until done, probably about 10 minutes, especially when using Minute rice.
Add more water if mixture is too dry.
