Fiesta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. Stove Top (canister)
    1 1/2 c. cooked and diced chicken
    1 large tomato, chopped
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
    salsa and sour cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large bowl; stir in milk.
    Add remaining ingredients except salsa and sour cream; mix well.
    Pour mixture into greased 9-inch microwavable pie plate.
    Cover loosely with wax paper.
    Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Stir mixture from edge to middle.
    Cover; microwave 4 minutes more.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Serve immediately with salsa and sour cream.
    Serves 6. Preparation time: 15 minutes.
