Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
12 tortillas
1 can enchilada sauce
1 medium onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
dash of garlic salt
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onion, peppers and season to taste.
Dip 3 tortillas into enchilada sauce.
Place in bottom of casserole dish.
Add 1/4 layer beef mixture and then layer 1/4 cheese. Continue layers.
Pour extra sauce over top.
Bake 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
