Mississippi Mud Pie - Baked Chocolate Pie Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Pour half and half into large bowl.
    Add pudding mix.
    Beat at low speed until well blended, about 1 minute.
    Let stand 5 minutes and fold in instant coffee and Cool Whip.
    Place in pie shell. Freeze about 6 hours.
    Remove and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
