Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen Southern style hash browns, thawed
1/4 to 1/2 c. diced onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream (16 oz. container)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix butter and corn flakes; set aside.
Mix all remaining ingredients together and put into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with the corn flake mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
