Aunt Mildred'S Blue Ribbon Red Velvet Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 sticks margarine, softened
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1/4 c. cocoa *
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 (1 oz.) bottles red food coloring *
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    *Use 1/2 cup cocoa for chocolate cake and omit red food coloring.
