Apple Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
pinch of mace
pinch of ground coriander
3 c. apples
Preparation

In a larger mixing bowl, add apples, eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Mix well.
In separate bowl, mix sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace and coriander.
Combine dry ingredients to apple mixture.
Pour into pie shell.
Add the top shell. Seal and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
