Berry Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, cut 1-inch thick
    3/4 c. fresh cranberries
    1/4 c. orange marmalade
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    4 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Wash cranberries; crush coarsely and mix with marmalade and cloves.
    Cut a deep pocket in one side of each chop.
    Fill pockets with marmalade mixture.
    Place chops in a well greased baking pan. Spoon 1 tablespoon honey over each.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes until mostly glazed.
