Buttermilk Crunch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    8 chicken breasts, skinned
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish; set aside.
    Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Combine eggs and buttermilk. Dip chicken in egg mixture and dredge in flour mixture, coating well.
    Place in a baking dish, turning once to coat with butter. Bake chicken at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or well done.
