Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 cup flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups canned pumpkin
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
3 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup raisins
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Make a well in mixture and add remaining ingredients, except nuts. Mix until smooth and add nuts. Pour into 3 greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove from pans and place on rack to cool.
