Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice (do not use instant)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli or 1 bag
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chicken
    1 soup can milk
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    While broccoli is thawing in 1 cup of water that has been brought to a boil, saute onion and celery in butter. Add soup and soup can of milk to onion and celery, then add Cheez Whiz. Simmer for a minute or so, then add thawed broccoli and rice and seasoning. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a moderate oven.
    Makes 10 generous servings and can be made ahead of time.
