Cook'S Fish Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. flaked \"smoked\" fish
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a small bowl, blend eggs, milk
    and pepper.
    Put margarine in a 10-inch skillet and melt over medium heat.
    Pour eggs into skillet.
    Cook until eggs are set (about 5 minutes). Sprinkle fish and cheese over half of the omelet.
    With a spatula, carefully fold other half over filling.
    Cook until cheese melts (1 to 2 minutes).
    Makes 2 servings.
