Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red beans
    2 qt. water
    1 lb. hot link sausage
    1 lb. country ribs
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 celery sticks, chopped
    1 bunch green onions
    1 green pepper
    pinch of thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    Tabasco to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients (except sausage) into boiling water about 4 hours or until beans are tender.
    Cut up sausage 30 minutes before serving and put in mixture.
    Serve over Minute rice.
    Serve with garlic bread and salad or cole slaw for a complete meal!
