Sour Cream Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Combine margarine and cracker crumbs; blend well.
    Spoon half of the crumbs into a shallow, 2-quart casserole dish and cover with chicken.
    Combine sour cream, soup, broth, salt and pepper; blend well.
    Pour over chicken and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
