Tangy Rhubarb Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced, fresh rhubarb
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. orange juice
2 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 cinnamon stick
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove cinnamon stick.
May be spooned over ham 15 minutes before end of cooking time or eat and enjoy as a sauce or over ice cream.
