Most Moist Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 large, very ripe bananas
    1 beaten egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix very well in a large bowl the sugar, mashed bananas and beaten egg.
    Sift and mix in the dry ingredients.
    Add melted butter, vanilla and nuts.
    Mix very well.
    Bake in a greased pan for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Don't cover until completely cooled.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
