Welsh Rabbit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Cheddar or American cheese
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
bread cubes
Preparation
-
Shred cheese and melt on low heat.
Stir in milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Either dip cubes or pour over cubes.
