Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 c. pecans, cut medium fine
Preparation

Blend sugar and shortening; then flour.
Add vanilla and nuts. Roll into small balls (a little larger than the size of a walnut).
Roll in confectioners sugar.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
When cool, roll again in confectioners sugar.
